This policy explains how Surge Hub (“we”) collects and uses personal information through surgehub.io. It covers this website only.

Information we collect

Booking a call. If you book a call on surgehub.io/book, we receive your name, email address and any answers you give in the booking form, and use them only to prepare for and hold the call. Your booking is created in our Google Calendar, which sends you the invitation.

Technical data. Our hosting provider processes standard technical information, such as IP addresses and browser type, to deliver and secure the site. We don't use analytics or advertising tools on this site.

How we use it

We use the information you send us to respond to your enquiry, arrange calls and discuss our services with you.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated purposes.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run this website and handle bookings: Hostinger (website hosting and email) and Google (calendar and booking). These providers may process information outside your province or country, including in the United States.

Cookies and storage

This website does not set cookies for advertising or tracking. If you choose a light or dark theme, your browser remembers that choice locally; it is never sent to us.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and manage our relationship with you, then delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent to further contact, by messaging us on LinkedIn at linkedin.com/in/mdsayedsekandar. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law, including Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
